Jesse Panuccio Associate | jpanuccio@cooperkirk.com Associate Jesse Panuccio joined the firm in 2007. Prior to arriving at Cooper & Kirk, he served as a law clerk to Judge Michael W. McConnell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Panuccio received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2006. There, he served as Supreme Court Chair of the Harvard Law Review and, in that capacity, managed the publication of the Review's annual Supreme Court Issue. Mr. Panuccio also served as Symposium Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. As a law student, he clerked both for the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, and for the Office of the Alabama Attorney General. Mr. Panuccio graduated summa cum laude from Duke University in 2003 with a B.A. in Public Policy Studies. While at Duke, he served as president of the student union and was awarded membership into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Mr. Panuccio is a member of the bars of Florida and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the bars of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Tenth Circuits. |
